It stems from over seventy years of experience of metal experience and from the desire to offer an advanced system, capable of meeting the increasingly integrated requirements of contemporary projects.

Features and geometries

Trevo is available in panels with an effective width of 550 mm or 425 mm, customizable upon request. Its geometry is characterized by a male-female interlocking profile, pressure-fitted onto polyamide clips.

The system, featuring concealed fixings between panels, ensures excellent watertightness. An emergency drainage channel located near the interlocking area between panels allows any infiltrated water to be effectively drained away, eliminating any risk of water penetration inside the building.

The pressure-lock interlocking system allows thermal movement between panels caused by metal expansion and contraction, ensuring high durability and long-term performance of the roofing system.

The polyamide clip incorporates a dedicated housing in which an optional additional metal bracket can be installed. This component provides an extra anchoring point for the interlocking system.

Trevo Ridge Easy è un sistema di colmo progettato per la chiusura della linea di colmo nelle coperture metalliche realizzate con sistema a giunto drenante Trevo.

Caratterizzato da una geometria ribassata, offre una soluzione discreta ed efficiente, garantendo continuità funzionale ed estetica con la copertura.
Il sistema assicura protezione dagli agenti atmosferici, affidabilità e durabilità nel tempo, mantenendo la continuità della superficie metallica e consentendo la corretta gestione delle dilatazioni termiche.

La configurazione semplificata dei componenti permette una posa pratica ed efficace, ottimizzando le operazioni di installazione.

È composto da: Trevo Wall e Ridge Easy.
Progettato per coperture con pendenza minima superiore al 5%, Trevo Ridge Easy rappresenta una soluzione tecnica compatta e performante per la chiusura del colmo.

Trevo Ridge Standard is a ridge system designed for the closure and protection of the ridge line in metal roofing systems made with the Trevo drainage joint system.

Engineered to ensure both functional and aesthetic continuity, the system provides a high level of weather resistance, contributing to the overall durability and reliability of the roofing assembly.

The system consists of coordinated and mutually compatible components, including closure elements, gaskets, support brackets, and connection profiles, which work in synergy to ensure watertightness and proper management of thermal expansion.

It is composed of: Trevo Closer, Trevo Plug, Trevo Clip, Trevo Lower, Ridge Standard.

Designed for roofs with a minimum slope above 0.5%, Trevo Ridge Standard enables safe and efficient installation while maintaining the continuity of the metal surface without direct panel perforations.

Trevo Ice

Trevo Ice è il sistema fermaneve ideato e progettato per la lastra a giunto drenante Trevo.

Intuitivo e di rapida installazione, il sistema Trevo Ice consente di dotare la copertura di un efficace sistema di trattenuta della neve, preservando al contempo sia la continuità del manto di copertura, grazie all’assenza
di fori passanti, sia la capacità di assecondare le naturali dilatazioni termiche delle lastre.

È composto da: Trevo Ice Mono o Twin, Tubo Fermaneve, Ice Clip, Fix Block.

La disposizione del sistema ferma-neve in copertura è funzione delle caratteristiche geometriche specifiche del progetto (come pendenza e lunghezza delle falde), nonché delle azioni di progetto.

SANDRINI Metalli has developed, specifically for Trevo, the exclusive Trevo Safe lifeline system.

This fall protection system consists of dedicated technical components designed to integrate seamlessly with the Trevo profile. The anchoring of safety devices to the roof is achieved without the use of through-mechanical fixings, thereby preserving the integrity and watertightness of the Trevo panels and allowing for natural thermal expansion of the material.

All components of the Trevo Safe system are manufactured using highly durable materials, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance over time. Trevo Safe devices have obtained Technical Approval Certification for both single-user applications (Type A) and for use by up to three users simultaneously (Type C).

The system complies with the following standards:
