Scholarships in memory of Alberto Damioli
An incentive for training and culture for the children of employees who achieve particular educational merits. Sandrini provides for the allocation of scholarships of different amounts depending on the grade obtained and the degree of education, starting from primary schools up to university.
With this initiative we remember Alberto Damioli, prematurely deceased but the beating heart of Sandrini Metalli, honouring love in its purest form: that which binds parents to their children.
Parenting contribution
We try to support our employees in facing the goals of their lives, including at the family level and the challenges that this entails. A new birth brings with it organisational difficulties and an important economic commitment, especially in the first months of life.
For this reason, for some years the company has decided to pay a monthly financial contribution to employees with children under 24 months of age.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING
The training course for the development of managerial skills is designed for the first and second lines. We organise articulated programmes, which can include classroom sessions, coaching and training capsules, built on the basis of internal needs.
